There are many aspects of the site, which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Danial Lawton customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or make a booking. When booking or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. If the website includes an e-commerce store: pages / session, avg. session duration, language, country / territory, and Shopping Behaviour maybe also collected.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media and Media Release

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We may take or you may share with us photos and or video of any works that we have designed and or insulated or completed, you give us permission to publicly use these photos as we see fit in the promotion and education that this business and its associates are involved in. We do our best to ensure that any identifying features of any person and property are not present in the media but this may occur from time to time. We hold no accountability or responsibility in any negative outcomes that may occur from sharing publicly any such media materials. You agree that we may use these media’s publicly for promotional and educational purpose and agree to receive NO royalties what so ever for their use. The photos and videos that we take remain the property of Danial Lawton. Any media that you have shared with us remain the property of those who own the media. If you do not wish for us to use any of these materials publicly then you will need to contact us via email and inform us in writing.

Contact forms

Danial Lawton uses contact forms to collect your personal data for the purpose of providing you with requested information on our products and or services. This information goes through an automated spam detection analysis to help us reduce spam.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Any orders, contact/enquiry forms, including emails coming from the website and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
