Broadacre Strategy & Permaculture Masterplan (20 – 100 Acres)

Price range: $6,500.00 through $8,800.00 +GST
Commercial-scale regenerative agriculture design and full topographical modeling.
Because scaling up means scaling complexity, this tier is designed specifically for broadacre farms, large estates, and commercial plots. We provide the high-level data and strategic mapping you need to optimize water flow, regenerate soil health, and future-proof your land.
This package covers properties up to 60 acres. Managing a larger property? You can apply this package to a targeted 60-acre “Focus Zone” on your farm to optimize your highest-priority paddocks first (in one block not made up of pieces), or for larger then 60acres select our custom quote option for a whole-farm master plan.

Product Description
Master Your Landscape at Scale
When you are managing commercial-scale land, guesswork is expensive. Mistakes with heavy machinery—like poorly placed dams, undersized spillways, or incorrectly graded access roads—don’t just kill plants; they cause catastrophic erosion and cost tens of thousands in repairs.
Broadacre Strategy takes the ultimate macro-view of your property. Utilizing advanced topographical data and regenerative engineering principles, we map out a resilient, profitable, and ecologically sound future for your farm.
Whether you are looking to optimize rotational grazing systems, integrate agroforestry, or safely construct swales to drought-proof your acreage, this strategy provides the master blueprint you need to execute heavy earthworks and planting with total confidence.

What’s Included in the Strategy?
-
Full Topographical Modeling & Strategy Map: We generate highly accurate, large-scale topographical models of your property. This allows us to identify microclimates, plan optimal infrastructure placement (like access roads, fencing, and sheds), and map out efficient movement corridors for machinery and livestock.
-
Large-Scale Hydrological Catchment Mapping: Water is your most critical asset. We analyze the macro-hydrology of your landscape to map out natural catchments, watersheds, and drainage patterns. This data dictates the safe, engineered design of passive water harvesting systems—such as swales, keyline plowing, and high-capacity dams—to hydrate your landscape and mitigate flood risks.
-
Commercial-Scale Regenerative Consultation: We align the mapping data with your specific commercial or lifestyle goals. We map out holistic grazing systems and agricultural layouts, creating a practical, profitable path forward for your farming enterprise.
Note on Catchment Mapping for “Focus Zones”: > If you choose to apply this package to a 100-acre section of a larger farm, we know that water doesn’t respect fence lines. Our hydrological mapping will still analyze the macro-catchment above your target zone to ensure our design safely captures and manages the water entering your specific focus area (focus zone is in one square or rectangular block and not made of pieces).
Have a property larger than 100 acres? If your property exceeds 100 acres, you have two flexible options:
-
The “Focus Zone”: Apply this package to your most problematic or highest-value 100 acres. This is a fantastic way to pilot regenerative systems (like cell grazing systems or a new dam catchment) on your land and phase your farm’s development without committing to a massive whole-farm design upfront.
